Privacy Policy
Last updated June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Scienspire collects when you visit the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Scienspire you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Analytics data. We use a privacy-conscious analytics tool (PostHog) to understand how the site is used — for example which articles are read, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring pages. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site.
Newsletter email. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide so we can send you the newsletter and remember that you have subscribed. We do not sell or rent your email address.
How we use information
To operate, maintain and improve the site and its content; to send the newsletter you asked for; to understand which stories resonate; and to keep the site secure.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage for analytics and to remember preferences (such as whether you have already subscribed, so we do not ask again). See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.
Third parties
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site — currently our analytics provider and our hosting/CDN provider. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@scienspire.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
